Mumbai, October 29: Hybrid Financial Services share price is witnessing negative investor demand today, on October 29. Near market closing around 3:00 pm, the shares were down by 5.03%, or 1.45 points, and were trading at ₹27.36. The current traded volume for the Hybrid Financial Services stock stands at 16.53 thousand shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹85 crore. Key Trigger: Mixed Q2FY26 and Half-yearly Financial Performance

In Q2 FY26, the company reported total income of ₹184.92 crore, up 2.6% year-on-year and 22.9% quarter-on-quarter. Revenue from operations stood at ₹151.93 crore, down 15.3% YoY but up 11.4% QoQ. Profit on sale of investments rose to ₹27.91 crore from ₹11.40 crore in Q1 FY26. Total expenses were ₹76.57 crore, up 13.6% YoY. Profit before tax stood at ₹108.35 crore, lower by 3.9% YoY but up 47% QoQ. Profit after tax came in at ₹108.54 crore, down 1.9% YoY but up 47.2% QoQ. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹0.37, compared with ₹0.25 in Q1 FY26 and ₹0.38 in Q2 FY25, a 48% rise.

For H1 FY26, total income declined 13.9% YoY to ₹335.49 crore from ₹389.96 crore in H1 FY25. Total expenses rose 7.5% to ₹153.43 crore from ₹142.75 crore. Profit after tax fell 25.6% to ₹182.25 crore from ₹245.08 crore a year earlier. EPS fell 25.3% to ₹0.62 from ₹0.83.

Negative Momentum Due to Decline in Profit

The share price today fell as investors sold the shares in heavy quantity due to the company’s profit after tax falling 3.9% YoY. However, there was some relief in the case of total income which rose 2.6%. Overall, the financial performance was mixed, and it remains to be seen how the stock performs in the coming days.
