A bulk of 80,540 shares were issued under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2005, while the remaining 2,201 shares were allotted under the Employees Stock Unit Scheme 2023, as disclosed in an exchange filing on Wednesday.

The shares, with a face value of ₹10 each, will rank pari-passu with existing equity. The resulting increase in paid-up capital is marginal. Almost invisible in financial terms.
