Jamna Auto Sets September 18 as Record Date for Final Dividend of ₹1.10 Per Share

New Delhi, September 5, 2025: Jamna Auto Industries Limited (NSE: JAMNAAUTO, BSE: 520051) is set to go Ex-dividend soon. The company has set the record date for identifying the eligibility of the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the final dividend for FY25 as September 18, 2025.
The Board of Directors had recommended a final dividend of ₹1.10 per equity share (face value ₹ 1 each) on May 30, 2025, which is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025.
If approved, the dividend payout will occur within 30 days of declaration. It will be to those shareholders whose names appear in the register of members or as beneficial owners in the depositories at the record date.
Jamna Auto Industries Limited, headquartered in Haryana, is India’s largest manufacturer of tapered leaf and parabolic springs for commercial vehicles. Listed on both NSE and BSE, the company serves major OEMs across the country through its manufacturing units in Yamuna Nagar, Malanpur, Chennai, Jamshedpur, Pantnagar, Hosur, and Pune.
Dividend History Of Recent Years
The company has maintained a consistent history of paying dividends to shareholders over the last few years. For the final dividend portion of 2025, an amount of ₹1.10 per share was proposed (record date September 18). In 2024, investors received an interim dividend of ₹1.00 in November and a final dividend of ₹1.30 in August. While for 2023, the dividends were ₹1.10 for both interim and final and in 2022, the dividends were ₹0.80 and ₹1.00, respectively.
Share Price Movement
The company experienced a significant upward shift in its stock. As of 5 September 2025, the share price of the company closed at ₹107.61, up ₹1.55 (1.46%) from its previous close of ₹106.06, after this announcement. The share opened at ₹106.09 and traded with a high and low of ₹105.96 and ₹109.51, respectively. Also, the company has a market cap of 4.30KCr while the PE ratio stands at 23.97.
