Mumbai, June 25, 2025 – Shares of Belrise Industries Ltd advanced over 5.70% during the early trade hours on Wednesday. 3.6 crore additional shares of the company have become available for trading today after the 30-day lock-in period for 50% shares of anchor investors ended today.
No major sell-off was observed despite the potential for a supply overhang for the share.
Anchor Lock-In Ends, Liquidity Increases
The end of the lock-in period means that these previously restricted shares are now available for trading. While this development allows anchor investors to offload their holdings, it does not necessarily imply an immediate sell-off. However, the increased float has drawn market attention.
