Mumbai, 18 September 2025: Meta Infotech Ltd (BSE: 544441) share price increased by 5.80% to ₹165.90 at 11:36 IST today after the company reaffirmed new and renewal buy orders worth ₹166.3 lakh. The development has attracted renewed market attention as the company strengthens its service portfolio in the IT-enabled services segment.
Founded in 1998 with its headquarters in Mumbai, Meta Infotech Ltd is involved in the business of IT-enabled services and offers enterprise technology-enabled solutions. It is also listed on the platform of BSE SME IPO and has built its portfolio steadily in resource-based IT sustenance and technology solutions for enterprises.
Fresh and Renewal Orders worth ₹166.3 Lakh Create Momentum
In a 17 September 2025 filing, Meta Infotech reported the acquisition of two large orders:
- ₹68.30 lakh on-site sustenance resources services order renewal from 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2026.
- ₹98.00 lakh new order for on-site sustenance resources services from 17 July 2025 to 16 July 2026.
The company clarified that the two deals were secured in the ordinary course of business, reinforcing continuity as well as enhancement of existing service commitments.
Share Price Rises to ₹165.90 on Orders Boosting Prospects
At 11:36 IST, Meta Infotech shares traded at ₹165.90, up by ₹9.10 from the previous close price of ₹156.80. The stock opened at ₹159.80, reached a high of ₹171.95, and reached a low of ₹159.80 during the session.
