JBM Auto
JBM’s subsidiary JBM Ecolife Mobility has secured a US$ 100 million long-term capital investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The investment will finance the deployment of modern, air-conditioned electric buses across cities in Maharashtra, Assam, and Gujarat. JBM has already deployed 2,500+ e-buses across 10 states and 15 airports, with an order book of 11,000 more under execution. Its Delhi-NCR facility, among the world’s largest dedicated e-bus plants, has an annual capacity of 20,000 units.
Cohance Lifesciences
United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) has completed a general current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) audit at API manufacturing facility (API Unit-1) at Jaggaiahpet, Andhra Pradesh. The inspection was conducted from September 8, 2025 to September 11, 2025 and concluded with zero Form 483 observations.
Infosys
Infosys has considered and approved a proposal to buyback equity shares for an amount of Rs 18,000 crore at a price of Rs 1,800 per equity share, payable in cash, comprising of a purchase of 10 crore fully paid-up equity shares of the Company representing up to 2.41% of the total number of Equity Shares in the existing total paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company. It would be through tender offer route.
Reliance Inds
Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) will invest over Rs 1,500 crore to establish an integrated food and beverage facility in Katol, Maharashtra, generating over 500 direct jobs. The manufacturing unit is expected to commence operations in 2026, with the state government facilitating necessary approvals and incentives.
TCS
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced the launch of its Chipletbased System Engineering Services, designed to help semiconductor companies push the boundaries of traditional chip design. By using chiplets (which are small integrated circuits that serve as building blocks of larger chips), TCS is enabling chipmakers to deliver faster, efficient, and more powerful processors at a time when global demand for advanced semiconductors is soaring.
Kalpataru Projects (KPIL)
Company along with its international subsidiaries have received new orders for projects of about Rs 2,720 crore in the Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) in India and overseas market and in the Buildings and Factories (B&F) business in India.
Bharat Forge
Bharat Forge has signed an agreement with the UK-based autonomous cargo drone manufacturer Windracers Limited for a collaboration on deployment, localisation and application of the latter’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) ULTRA across India.
MP3 International, a GRADEONE subsidiary and an Abu Dhabi– based, highly skilled supplier and manufacturer of defence, security, law enforcement, rescue services, and sporting and hunting products, has announced the signing of a landmark agreement with Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited and the key driver of defence and aerospace business initiatives.
RailTel Corporation of India
The company has received a work order worth Rs 32.51 crore from Panvel Municipal Corporation, and another project worth Rs 70.94 crore from Nashik Municipal Smart City Development Corporation
Prostarm Info Systems
Company has received Letter of Intent from the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTNS IT Infrastructure and peripherals across Maharashtra police establishments, for a total value of Rs 158.68 crores. It is to be implemented over a period of 66 months, including O&M services.
NLC India
NLC has signed an MoU with Khanij Bidesh India to collaborate in the identification, acquisition, and development of critical and strategic mineral projects on a global scale.
Lodha Developers
The real estate developer has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth Rs 30,000 crore with Lodha Developers for setting up a data centre park in Palava. Combined investments of over Rs 30,000 crore are anticipated from Lodha and various data centre players in this park.
Consolidated Construction Consortium
The company has bagged orders worth Rs 180 crore from various clients under the buildings and factories division during the period July 12–September 11. With this, the order backlog stands at Rs 652 crore.
NBCC
The company has signed an MoU with Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) for the development of Rajasthan Mandapam and allied infrastructure projects near Jaipur International Airport. The project is valued at Rs 3,700 crore.
JSW Infrastructure
The company, through its subsidiary JSW Port Logistics, has announced the acquisition of a brownfield rail siding for Rs 57 crore in Ballari (Karnataka). The site spans over 86 acres and was previously owned by Hothur Ispat.
Marico
Marico has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 46.02% stake in HW Wellness Solutions (owner of the brand True Elements) from its founders and other shareholders for Rs 138 crore. On May 23, 2022, the company had acquired 53.98% stake in HW Wellness, thereby making it a subsidiary.
Mahindra and Mahindra
The company’s subsidiary, Mahindra Holdings, has acquired the entire stake from Prudential Management & Services in Mahindra & Mahindra Contech and PSL Media & Communications. Following the acquisition, both Mahindra & Mahindra Contech and PSL Media will become direct subsidiaries of Mahindra Holdings.
Centum Electronics
Company has order book of Rs 1769 crore as of June-2025. EMS orders stood at Rs 711 crore while BTS segment order book at Rs 887 crore and E R&D business at Rs 172 crore. BTS segment focuses on Avionics, Radar, and EW system for fighter aircraft and helicopters.
HFCL
The company has received approval from the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the allotment of 1,000 acres of land in Sri Sathya Sai District to set up defence manufacturing facilities.
Suyog Telematics
Mr. Vivek Lature, Promoter & Whole-Time Director of the Company, expired on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
GMR Power and Urban Infra
The Supreme Court has dismissed the civil appeals filed by the Distribution Licensees of Haryana and GRID Corporation of Odisha (GRIDCO). The court upheld the Tribunal’s judgment dated December 20, 2019, confirming GMR Kamalanga Energy’s position that linkage coal is to be allocated on a pro-rata basis among the project beneficiaries.
JSW Energy
The company has successfully commissioned 317 MW of renewable energy capacity, comprising 240 MW hydro, 34 MW solar, and 43 MW wind, taking the total installed capacity to 13.097 GW.

Travel Food Services
Travel Food Services Limited (TFS) announced that Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) has awarded TFS the license for setting up, operating, maintenance and management of the F&B outlets, Lounge and Bar in the Security Hold Area (SHA) at Domestic terminal (T1) of Cochin International Airport. Under the tender, TFS will be the concessionaire for the Domestic terminal (T1) and will operate about 11 Travel QSR Outlets and 1 Lounge at the airport.
Highway Infra
Company has announced the signing of two contract agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), totaling over Rs 88 crore in value. The agreements, both signed on 10 September 2025, involve toll fee collection and maintenance of public facilities along two key highway corridors in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
Hemant Surgical
Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd has received a Purchase Order from Central Medical Service Society, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Government of India) for supply of Ultraportable Handheld portable X-ray Machines along with its other utilities for a total consideration of Rs 82.9 crores (inclusive of all taxes). The order will be executed in tranches by December 31, 2025
