Mumbai, June 26 – The Nifty Realty index slumped 1.22% to 1,007.30 on Thursday morning, with 8 of its 11 constituents trading in the red. The decline comes amid broader profit booking in rate-sensitive sectors, even as the Nifty 50 traded 0.43% higher at 25,352.50.
Advancers and Decliners
Only Anant Raj Ltd (+0.19%) and Raymond Ltd (+0.04%) bucked the trend, with modest gains. The rest of the pack faced selling pressure, led by Macrotech Developers (LODHA) and Prestige Estates, both shedding over 1.3% by mid-morning.
