Mumbai, September 21: National Stock Exchange of India IPO witnessed continued bidding on the third and final day of its subscription period on September 21, 2026. The offer opened on September 17 and closed on September 21. The bookbuilding issue is entirely an offer for sale of 12,64,36,650 shares, aggregating up to ₹22,561.57 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share. The lot size is eight shares, so retail investors can apply for a minimum of one lot. At the upper price band, the minimum investment for a retail application is ₹14,280.

As of 5:23:59 PM on September 21, 2026, the IPO had been subscribed 5.68 times overall. The QIB category, excluding the anchor portion, was subscribed 12.68 times, while the NII category saw subscription of 6.54 times. The Retail category was subscribed 1.35 times.
The employee portion received subscription of 2.35 times.
