Bengaluru, August 28, 2025:  Share price of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (NSE: ROHLTD, BSE: 532699) soared 4.18 % to ₹523.10 in the mid-session trade on Thursday following a new property signing in Jabalpur and the announcement of dividend payout at ₹2.5 per share. The stock reached a new 52-week high of ₹529.75 intraday, and volumes stood at a high level of 8.8 lakh shares.

Stock Price Movement

The share surged early in the trading session and then moved sideways. It closed at ₹518.00 (3.17% higher than the previous day’s closing price). The stock has demonstrated a rally of more than 23% in the past month. Its P/E ratio is 27.89 compared to a high sectoral average of 59.96.

Corporate Development: Regenta Resort Jabalpur

Royal Orchid Hotels has signed a 54-key Resort in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, in a joint venture with Triumph Devcon and Trading Pvt. Ltd. The asset-light property will be a management agreement under which will be multi-cuisine, bar, spa, gym, swimming pool, three banquet halls and two big lawns with a total area of 40,000 sq. ft.

Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid Hotels, stated, “Jabalpur is at an exciting turning point with cultural depth and rising business importance. With this property, we’re tapping into that potential and extending Regenta’s promise of dependable hospitality to a new market.”

Dividend Update

The stock ex-dividend date is August 29, 2025, and stockholders are entitled to receive ₹2.50 per share (25% of FV) as a dividend payment (face value: ₹10).

Royal Orchid Hotels has maintained a consistent record of rewarding its shareholders with steady, high dividends over the years.
