Shiprocket IPO Day 2 Subscription Status: Issue Booked 2.03x so Far

Shiprocket IPO subscription rose to 2.03 times by 12:39:35 PM on Day 2, with retail investors leading at 6.80 times and NII demand at 2.80 times.

Mumbai, August 13: The Shiprocket IPO has picked up pace on its second day of bidding. By 12:39:35 PM on August 13, the ₹1,617.48 crore issue was subscribed 2.03 times, with retail investors accounting for a large part of the demand seen so far.
The retail portion was subscribed 6.80 times, while the NII category reached 2.80 times. The QIB portion, excluding the anchor allocation, was still at 0.03 times at the latest update.
Shiprocket IPO opened on August 12 and will remain open until August 14. The price band has been fixed at ₹92 to ₹97 per share.
Shiprocket IPO Day 2 Subscription Status
Investors had placed bids for 18,58,36,728 shares against 9,17,70,006 shares available for the public issue as of 12:39:35 PM. The total subscription stood at 2.03 times, with 5,85,817 applications recorded.

Retail investors had bid for 11,33,35,684 shares against 1,66,64,794 shares reserved for the category. That put retail subscription at 6.80 times.
The NII segment had received bids for 7,00,96,026 shares against 2,49,97,191 shares on offer. Within this category, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 1.86 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 4.68 times.
The employee category was subscribed 10.10 times.

Shiprocket Day-Wise Subscription Summary
Shiprocket IPO started with an overall subscription of 1.00 times on Day 1. By the second day, the figure had moved to 2.03 times as of the latest update.
The change was particularly visible in the retail segment, where subscription rose from 3.49 times on Day 1 to 6.80 times on Day 2. NII subscription also more than doubled over the same period.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Shiprocket IPO is a ₹1,617.48 crore bookbuilding issue comprising a fresh issue of 9,12,99,203 shares worth ₹885.50 crore and an offer for sale of 7,54,62,363 shares worth ₹731.98 crore.
The price band is ₹92 to ₹97 per share, while the lot size is 154 shares. At the upper end of the price band, one retail lot requires an investment of ₹14,938.
The issue also has a reservation of up to 1,13,636 shares for employees. Eligible employees are being offered a discount of ₹9 per share to the issue price.
The IPO opened on August 12 and will close on August 14. The basis of allotment is scheduled for August 17, with refunds and credit of shares expected on August 18. Shiprocket shares are scheduled to list on NSE and BSE on August 19, 2026.
