Credent Connect N Care IPO Day 1 subscription status: Bidding opened on August 13, with demand across retail, QIB and NII categories as the issue entered the market.

Mumbai, August 13: The Credent Connect N Care IPO opened for subscription on August 13, with investors placing bids across the retail, qualified institutional buyer (QIB) and non-institutional investor (NII) categories. The ₹93.90 crore issue will remain open until August 17.
The book-built issue comprises 49,68,000 fresh equity shares. Of these, 2,52,000 shares are reserved for the market maker, leaving 47,16,000 shares as the net issue offered to the public. The price band has been fixed at ₹179 to ₹189 per share.
At the reported timestamp of 12:44:03 PM on August 13, the issue had received 1,778 applications.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Credent Connect N Care IPO is a ₹93.90 crore book-built issue comprising 49,68,000 fresh equity shares. The price band is ₹179 to ₹189 per share, and the lot size is 600 shares. For a retail investor, the minimum application is two lots, or 1,200 shares, requiring ₹2,26,800 at the upper end of the price band.
The company operates in healthcare logistics and support services, providing services including home sample collection, phlebotomy teams, healthcare supply chain operations and temperature-controlled movement of samples and healthcare products.
