Mumbai, November 17, 2025: Shares of SKF India Limited (NSE: SKFINDIA | BSE: 500472) climbed on Monday following the company’s announcement of steady consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September, driven by improved year-on-year revenue and profitability.

SKF India Limited is one of the leading Indian suppliers of Bearings, Seals, Lubrication Solutions, and Condition Monitoring Technologies. The company is part of the worldwide SKF Group, present in around 130 countries, serving multi-industries and automotive sectors with a wide range of products and services.

Stock Performance

The share price of SKF India closed at ₹2,051.00, up 0.29% bringing this trading session to a ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌close. SKF India opened at ₹2,060.95, touched an intraday high of ₹2,244.70, and maintained positive momentum throughout the session.

Q2 Results Have a Positive Effect on The Market.

The company’s unaudited consolidated results for Q2 FY25-26 showed continued growth compared to the same quarter last year. Operating income rose to ₹13,090.6 million from ₹12,442.3 million, a 5.2% year-on-year increase, while profit before tax grew to ₹1,406.2 million from ₹1,268.8 million, reflecting resilience in a dynamic market. Managing Director Shailesh Kumar Sharma noted that the shift to two specialized entities has enhanced both strategic clarity and growth potential.

After Demerger: Strategic Direction

Following the realignment, SKF India will concentrate on two divisions: SKF Industrial and SKF Automotive. SKF Industrial plans to invest ₹8,000–9,500 million by 2030, including a new factory in Pune. SKF Automotive has earmarked ₹4,100–5,100 million for EV component development and wheel-end bearing capacity expansion. The demerger is expected to improve capital efficiency, sharpen segment-wise execution, and enhance customer proximity.
