Tiger Logistics Shares Jump 10.49% on Strategic MoU with Russia's H2 Invest to Transport Liquid Hydrogen

New Delhi, October 15, 2025 – Tiger Logistics (India) Ltd (BSE: 536264 | NSE: TIGERLOGS) shares jumped 10.49% during Wednesday’s trade. This rise came following the announcement by the company of a strategic alliance with Russia’s H2 Invest LLC. The partnership will work towards creating infrastructure for liquid hydrogen storage and transportation in India, which is a big foray into the clean energy logistics business.
Founded in 2000 and based in New Delhi, Tiger Logistics Ltd is one of the largest international logistics companies listed on the – Bombay Stock Exchange as well as the National Stock Exchange. Tiger Logistics provides services such as – freight forwarding, customs clearance, defense logistics, and project cargo movement. In 2023, Tiger Logistics introduced its digital platform – FreightJar, to facilitate easy freight booking for MSMEs and SMEs.
Strategic Partnership Terms
On 13 October, Tiger Logistics entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Russian company H2 Invest, which has expertise in hydrogen technologies. The alliance is aimed at bringing to India advanced cryogenic tanks, based on H2 Invest’s own CryoSafe container technology, to enable multimodal shipment of liquid hydrogen by trucks, railway, and container ships. This program comes in tandem with India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission, which aims to make the nation a hub for the production and use of green hydrogen globally.
Market Response
As of 11:54 AM IST on October 15, the stock was trading at ₹46.75, up ₹4.44 from the earlier closing price of ₹42.31. The stock opened at ₹44.30, hit a high of ₹48.50, and took a day’s range of ₹44.21 to ₹48.50. The market capitalization of the company was around ₹487.60 crore, with a traded volume of 4.19 lakh shares.
