About Q&T Foods Limited

Incorporated in August 2018, Q&T Foods Limited is a bakery products manufacturer engaged in producing, distributing, marketing and selling breads, buns, pizza bases, kulchas, pav and other bakery products under its flagship brand, American Bakers. The company primarily operates in Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions through a network of more than 50 dealers. Its manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, is ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certified and has an installed production capacity of 9,472 tonnes per annum. Q&T Foods offers a diversified product portfolio catering to everyday bakery consumption. The company has demonstrated revenue growth supported by an expanding distribution network, operational efficiencies and an experienced management team.

Q&T Foods Limited IPO Overview

Q&T Foods Limited is launching a fixed-price SME IPO comprising 22,82,400 equity shares aggregating up to ₹26.25 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component.
