Incorporated in June 2015, the company operates primarily through a B2B model, serving diagnostic laboratories, IVD companies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare enterprises. Its service portfolio includes home sample collection, laboratory manpower, diagnostic and paramedical services, healthcare logistics, supply chain management, corporate wellness programmes and technology-enabled courier aggregation. The company also provides cold-chain and time-sensitive transportation solutions. Its pan-India operations are supported by warehouses, branch offices, commercial vehicles, field personnel and technology platforms.
Credent Connect N Care Limited is launching a bookbuilding IPO of ₹93.90 crore, comprising 49,68,000 shares, with the issue opening for subscription on 13 August 2026 and closing on 17 August 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹179 to ₹189 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares.
