Adani‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Enterprises Completes Full Exit from PT Adani Global Indonesia

Ahmedabad, November 28, 2025: Adani Enterprises Limited declared that its subsidiaries have completed the divestment of their entire stake in PT Adani Global (Indonesia). The company reported that the last transaction update was received at 12:46 PM, thus marking the complete exit of the Indonesian entity and its subsidiaries from the Adani Enterprises corporate structure.

Last Move in the Exit Strategy Previously Disclosed

This closure follows the earlier disclosure on 6 November 2025, when Adani Global Limited (Mauritius) and Adani Global Pte Ltd (Singapore) signed a securities purchase agreement with ENERGICO FZCO for the sale of their holdings. With today’s completion, PT Adani Global and its step-down subsidiaries are no longer part of the Adani Enterprises group.

Completion Confirmation

The company confirmed that the internal communication received on November 28 officially concludes the divestment process. The exit aligns with Adani Enterprises’ broader portfolio realignment strategy, focused on streamlining business operations.

Stock Performance

The exit, however, did not have any impact of the stock price of Adani Enterprise, which closed in green at ₹2,282.00, up 1.20% from the previous close.
