Chennai, October 14, 2025 – Aditya Birla Money Ltd (NSE: BIRLAMONEY, BSE: 532974) reported a standalone net profit of ₹1,014.55 lakh versus ₹1,537.62 lakh in the earlier quarter and ₹2,668.75 lakh in the corresponding year-earlier period. The company’s total income was ₹10,711.22 lakh, down from ₹11,288.92 lakh in the June quarter.

Key Financial Highlights

Aditya Birla Money Ltd registered a net profit of ₹1,014.55 lakh in Q2FY26 compared with ₹2,668.75 lakh in Q2FY25. The total income in the period was ₹10,711.22 lakh compared with ₹12,733.24 lakh during the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit before taxation (PBT) fell to ₹1,420.98 lakh in Q2FY26 compared with ₹3,620.90 lakh in Q2FY25, and the earnings per share (EPS) during the period reached ₹1.80 compared with ₹4.72 in the previous year.

During the first half of FY26, the net profit was ₹2,552.17 lakh, with Total Income of ₹21,999.59 lakh, showing a decline from the previous period, H1FY25, when the net profit amounted to ₹4,305.02 lakh. The operating margin declined to 13.34% in the current period, compared with 18.25% in the prior period, and the net profit margin slowed to 9.53% from 13.64% in the prior period.

Segment Performance

In Q2FY26, Aditya Birla Money Ltd reported a revenue of ₹8,306.75 lakh, which remained slightly higher than ₹8,132.06 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment contributed to the quarterly profit of ₹425.99 lakh.

The wholesale debt market segment saw ₹2,268.99 lakh in revenue versus ₹3,064.48 lakh in the previous quarter, with ₹944.76 lakh in profit. Other business segments saw ₹74.88 lakh in revenue but saw a loss of ₹10.37 lakh in Q2FY26. The report credits the company’s robust performance in the broking unit with the wholesale debt market seeing a slowdown in revenue, registering mixed trends in the company’s lines of business.

Balance Sheet Overview

As of September 30, 2025, total assets amounted to ₹2,47,100.47 lakh, up from ₹2,57,848.12 lakh on March 31, 2025. The net worth rose to ₹26,765.97 lakh with the debt-equity ratio dipping to 6.48X.
