Mumbai, March 10: Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd disclosed a further equity investment of ₹1.30 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions Private Limited, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The investment was made through subscription to equity shares issued by the subsidiary and forms part of the company’s ongoing capital support for the platform’s development in EV and hydrogen mobility technologies. Shares of the company closed higher following the disclosure, rising 0.92% to ₹39.50 as of 3:30 pm IST on March 10, 2026, according to exchange data.

Further Capital Infusion In Digital Fleet Platform

The disclosure was submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company informed exchanges that it had made an additional investment of ₹1,30,00,000 in Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions Private Limited.

The investment was executed by way of subscription to equity shares allotted by the subsidiary. Roqit Greenfleet issued 13,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each to Aion-Tech Solutions through a rights issue approved in the subsidiary’s board meeting held on March 10, 2026.

Following this transaction, the cumulative investment made by Aion-Tech Solutions in the subsidiary stands at ₹9,80,10,000. The company confirmed that Roqit Greenfleet remains a wholly owned subsidiary and that the equity ownership continues to be fully held by the listed entity.

According to the filing, the funds will be deployed primarily for operational expenditure and continued product development within the digital fleet management platform.

Shares of Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd ended the session at ₹39.50 on the National Stock Exchange on March 10, 2026. The stock gained ₹0.36 during the trading session, representing an increase of 0.92% over the previous close of ₹39.14.

During the session the stock traded within a range of ₹39.01 to ₹40.49. Market capitalisation stood at approximately ₹206.40 crore at the close of trading, while the stock remains significantly below its 52-week high of ₹80.44.

The platform is being developed as a modular technology architecture designed to support digital fleet and asset management applications, particularly for zero emission mobility ecosystems.

The company stated that several core modules of the Roqit platform have already been developed and are ready for deployment. Additional modules remain under development as part of the platform’s expansion roadmap. The subsidiary has also completed pilot and proof of concept engagements aimed at validating the technology.
