All Time Plastics listed at 14.29% premium

Mumbai, 14 August 2025: Shares of consumer houseware products maker All Time Plastics Limited (INE0GV601021) listed at a  premium on both the NSE and BSE. On the NSE, All Time Plastics shares listed at ₹311.30 per share, a 13.20% premium over the issue price. On the BSE, the stock debuted at ₹314.30 per share, representing a 14.29% premium. The company’s total market capitalization post-listing stood at ₹2,058.91 crore.

IPO Subscription Highlights

The IPO included a fresh issue of 1.02 crore shares worth ₹280 crore and an offer-for-sale of 43.85 lakh shares aggregating ₹120.60 crore, raising a total of ₹400.60 crore. The issue was subscribed 8.62 times overall, with the retail portion booked 5.36 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) 14.01 times, and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) 10.30 times.
