Mumbai, September 11: Atmastco Limited has received a ₹66 crore supply order from Reliance Industries Limited for pre-fabricated structural steel, giving the engineering company another sizeable project to execute through March 2027.
As per the regulatory filing, Reliance Industries has awarded Atmastco a domestic supply agreement for pre-fabricated structural steel.
The order is worth approximately ₹66 crore and is scheduled to be executed by March 2027. The filing does not disclose the specific Reliance project for which the steel components will be used.
For Atmastco, the significance of the announcement is fairly straightforward. It has converted a large customer requirement into a confirmed supply contract, with execution spread over the coming months.
The company has also confirmed that the promoter and promoter group have no interest in Reliance Industries in connection with the order. The contract is not classified as a related-party transaction.
Stock Market Snapshot
The Atmastco share price was trading at ₹134.75, up ₹6.15 or 4.78%, as of 9:38:29 AM IST on September 11, 2026, according to the market data shown.
The stock opened around the ₹135 level and remained close to that mark in early trade. It briefly slipped to around ₹134.75 before recovering and holding at the latest quoted price.
The sharp move in the shares came as Atmastco disclosed the Reliance Industries order.

Pre-Fabricated Steel Forms The Core Of The Contract
The order is specifically for the supply of pre-fabricated structural steel, with the commercial terms governed by the supply agreement between the two parties.
Pre-fabricated steel components are manufactured and prepared before being delivered to a project site, making them useful across industrial and infrastructure applications where structural elements need to be produced to specified requirements.
Atmastco has not disclosed the quantity, individual product specifications or end-use location in the filing. The company has only stated the broad nature and value of the contract.
Reliance Order Adds Near-Term Revenue Visibility
Unlike a memorandum or preliminary arrangement, this is a purchase order backed by a defined supply agreement. The ₹66 crore value therefore adds a measurable contract to Atmastco’s business pipeline.
The company has until March 2027 to complete the order, giving it a clear execution window. Actual revenue recognition will depend on deliveries and the applicable accounting treatment as the contract progresses.
There is no related-party element disclosed in the transaction, and Atmastco has stated that its promoters have no interest in the awarding entity.
Atmastco’s Business Centres On Engineering And Steel Products
Atmastco operates in engineering and manufacturing, with structural steel and fabricated products forming part of its business.
The Reliance Industries contract fits directly into this operating profile, providing the company with an opportunity to supply engineered steel products to one of India’s largest industrial groups.
For the company, the focus now shifts from securing the contract to timely production and delivery against the agreed specifications.
Conclusion
Atmastco has secured an approximately ₹66 crore domestic supply order from Reliance Industries for pre-fabricated structural steel.
The contract is scheduled for execution by March 2027. The company has not disclosed the end-use project or detailed specifications, but has confirmed that the order is not a related-party transaction and that its promoter group has no interest in Reliance Industries.
Meanwhile, the Atmastco share price stood at ₹134.75, gaining 4.78% as of 9:38:29 AM IST on September 11, 2026.
