Mumbai, July 10: The Devson Catalyst IPO continued to attract strong investor interest on the second day of bidding, with the public issue witnessing healthy participation across retail and non-institutional investor categories. According to exchange data available during the morning session, the ₹42.34 crore SME IPO was subscribed 13.21 times, reflecting sustained demand even as bidding remains open.

The BSE SME issue opened for subscription on July 9, 2026, and will close on July 13, 2026. With one more trading session left after today, market participants will be watching whether subscription levels gather further momentum before the issue closes.

Devson Catalyst is raising ₹42.34 crore through a book-built IPO comprising a fresh issue of 31,58,000 equity shares worth about ₹39.39 crore and an offer for sale of 2,50,000 equity shares aggregating ₹2.95 crore. The company has fixed the issue price at ₹118 per share.
