Mumbai, July 10: The Laser Power & Infra IPO continued to receive bids on the second day of its subscription period, although investor participation remained modest across categories. According to the latest exchange data available during the morning session, the ₹742 crore public issue was subscribed 0.23 times, with the non-institutional investor (NII) segment attracting the highest interest so far.
With the subscription window remaining open until July 13, 2026, bidding activity is expected to continue over the next two trading sessions. Many mainboard IPOs typically witness stronger participation during the final phase of the issue, particularly from institutional investors.
The IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 2,53,27,102 equity shares aggregating up to ₹542 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 93,45,794 equity shares aggregating up to ₹200 crore, taking the total issue size to ₹742 crore.
