New Delhi: Edelweiss Financial Services on Monday said it proposes to raise up to Rs 300 crore through a public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,000 each.

The issue closes on October 5, 2026, Edelweiss Financial Services said in a statement.

At least 75 per cent of the funds raised through this issue will be used for the repayment/prepayment of interest and principal of existing borrowings of the company, and the balance is proposed to be utilised for general corporate purposes, subject to such utilisation not exceeding 25 per cent of the amount raised, it said.
