GNG Electronics’ profit up by 25% in June quarter

Revenue for the quarter grew 22.3% YoY at Rs 312.2 crore. EBITDA was higher by 25% at Rs 32.35 crore. Operating margin improved 32bps YoY at 10.35%. Net profit was up 52.3% at Rs 18.5 crore. Management guided for ~25% revenue growth along with margin improvement for FY26.

Dynamic Cables gets new manufacturing licenses from BIS

BIS (National standard body, Govt. of India) has granted licenses to manufacture: 1. High conductivity Aluminium alloy stranded conductors and 2. Thermosetting Insulated Armoured Fire Survival Cables for Fixed Installation having Low Emission of Smoke and Corrosive Gases when Affected by Fire for Working Voltages upto and including 1100 V ac and 1500 V dc. In continuation of debottlenecking initiatives and incremental capex at the existing plant over the last 6 months, the company’s production capacity can now support a sales of up to Rs 135 crore per month, an increase from previous assessment of up to Rs 100 crore.

Sarda Energy & Minerals emerges as successful bidder for Senduri Coal Mine

Sarda Energy & Minerals emerged the successful bidder for the Senduri Coal Mine located in Shahdol and Umaria districts of Madhya Pradesh. The bid involves a 9.5% revenue sharing agreement with the State Government. The mine boasts total geological reserves of 248.54 million tonnes of G9 (provisional) grade coal. Formal agreements are expected to be executed in due course.

Kilburn Engineering gets new customer in Komline – Sanderson

Company announced that it has entered into a definitive Master Agreement with Komline-Sanderson Corporation (KSC), a New Jersey-based global provider of process and environmental equipment. Under the terms of the agreement, Kilburn will provide manufacturing, engineering, field, and sales representation services to Komline-Sanderson.

Kernex Microsystems gets new contract of Rs 151.41 crore

Kernex Microsystems (India) secured contract worth Rs 151.41 crore from the West Central Railway, in consortium with KEC International. The cumulative KAVACH orders received along with consortium and JV partners from April 1, 2024 to till date stands at Rs 3,136.5 crore (incl. GST).

Endurance Tech invests Rs 135 crore in capacity expansion

The company approved capacity addition for ABS, disc brake systems and brake discs with a total investment of Rs 135 crore. New machinery shall be installed primarily for manufacturing products at the existing plant situated at E-71, MIDC Industrial area, Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar.

Coal India, Konkan Railway sign MoU

Coal India Ltd (CIL) and Konkan Railway Corporation Limited have executed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Kolkata with an intent of development of Rail Infrastructure of CIL and its subsidiaries.

Revenue grew 16.4% YoY at Rs 740 crore. EBITDA increased 49.7% at Rs 61 crore. EBITDA margin was up 180bps at 8.23%. Net profit was higher by 46% at Rs 32.9 crore.

Indian Oil, Air India to partner for promoting sustainable aviation fuel

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Air India have partnered to promote sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), marking a significant move towards greener aviation in India. IOC will supply SAF produced from used cooking oil, starting December, at its Panipat refinery, with an annual production of 35,000 tonnes.
