Gujarat Tax Authority Issues ₹3.13 Cr GST Demand to Nesco Ltd

Nesco Limited (BSE: 505355 | NSE: NESCO) has received a tax-related intimation concerning the Goods and Services Tax (GST) from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat. The notice, dated 19 May 2025, was issued under Sections 73(5) and 74(5) of the CGST/IGST Act, 2017.
Details of the GST Demand
According to the intimation sent in Form GST DRC-01A, the following amounts are being demanded:

In response, Nesco has stated that it intends to file its objection in Part B of Form DRC-01A within the period stipulated by law. The company has also clarified that this intimation will not have any material effect on its financial performance, operations, or other activities.
