Mumbai, March 11: Indo SMC Ltd disclosed receipt of a commercial purchase order valued at ₹20.89 crore for supply of industrial busduct systems, according to a regulatory filing submitted on March 11, 2026 under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company stated that it received the order on March 10, 2026 from a domestic customer operating in the metals and mining sector. The contract involves supply of 3,000 units of busduct systems rated up to 400A along with assembly.

Busducts are compact power distribution systems typically used in industrial facilities, commercial complexes and data centres. The systems referenced in the order operate at 415V to 600V, provide short circuit ratings of up to 35kA and feature IP55 to IP66 protection ratings, enabling efficient electrical distribution through sandwich type configurations.

As per the disclosure submitted to the stock exchange, the order has been categorised as a commercial contract and is expected to be executed tentatively by March 31, 2026.

Share price of Indo SMC Ltd traded higher during Wednesday’s session following the disclosure of the contract.

The stock was trading at ₹150.00, up ₹3.40 or 2.32% for the day, as of 1:55 PM IST on March 11, 2026, according to exchange market data. The stock opened the session at ₹147.10 and moved within a range of ₹147.10 to ₹152.20 so far.

Market capitalisation stood at approximately ₹342.83 crore during the session. The movement comes after the company informed exchanges of the industrial supply order earlier in the day.
