The company has announced a major deal with the renewable energy arm of a leading Indian conglomerate. Under the agreement, Inox Green will take on the comprehensive operations and maintenance of 182 MW of operational wind projects.
The deal covers multiple sites in Western India. All these sites are connected to a common infrastructure owned by Inox Green. It includes the conversion of 82 MW of wind assets from a limited-scope to a full-scope O&M arrangement and the early renewal of comprehensive O&M for an additional 100 MW ahead of its scheduled expiry. The agreement spans the remaining operational life of these projects.
Management Commentary
Inox Green CEO S.K. Mathu Sudhana described the signing as a significant milestone.
“With this agreement, our entire fleet with this marquee customer is now back under our management. It reflects both the evolving dynamics of the wind O&M sector and the renewed trust in our capabilities,” he said.
