Indore, August 29, 2025 – Jash Engineering Limited (NSE: JASH, BSE: 544402) has announced Tuesday, September 9, 2025 as the record date to fix shareholders eligible for payment of dividend for FY2024-25. The notice is given pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company shall be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through video conferencing/other audio-visual means.

Jash Engineering Limited, which is listed on NSE and BSE, operates in the business of manufacturing water control gates, valves, screening systems, and water and wastewater management equipment.

Dividend Details

The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of 60% which amounts to ₹1.20 per share on the face value of ₹2 each for the year 2024-25. The dividend to be proposed will be put up for the shareholders for authorization during the company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 16, 2025. The determination of the eligible shareholders’ record date has been set as September 9, 2025. The payment, after approval, will be subject to prevailing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).

Dividend History (Last Five Years)

The company has kept a shareholder-friendly dividend policy right through the years with a combination of regular and special dividends.

  • For the year FY 2024-25, the Board has recommended a dividend of ₹1.20 per share on the face value of ₹2, i.e., 60%, subject to the approval of shareholders.
  • During FY 2023-24, the company announced a final dividend of ₹7.20 per share (360%) and a special dividend of ₹2.00 per share (100%), indicating robust performance.
  • During FY 2022-23 and FY 2021-22, dividends were recommended only at the AGM, and no payout amounts were indicated.
  • During FY 2020-21, a dividend of ₹0.90 per share was given by the shareholders, representing 45% of the face value.
  • During FY 2019-20, the company had announced an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share (75%).

This record reflects the company’s strategy of balancing normal shareholder dividends with special dividends in years of strong financial performance.
