Mumbai, June 24: Jivial Industries IPO continued to witness a muted response from investors on the second day of bidding, with the issue subscribed just 0.06 times as of 10:15 AM on Thursday. While overall demand remained low, the non-institutional investor (NII) segment continued to dominate subscriptions, accounting for most of the bids received so far. Retail participation was limited, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were yet to place any bids.

The ₹31.99 crore SME issue opened for subscription on June 23, 2026, and will close on June 25, 2026. Jivial Industries is offering shares at a fixed price of ₹196 apiece through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

Jivial Industries IPO Subscription Status Day 2

According to exchange data available at 10:15 AM on June 24, 2026, the IPO was subscribed 0.06 times overall.

Category Subscription
QIB (Ex Anchor) 0.00x
NII 0.27x
Retail 0.01x
Total 0.06x

The NII portion remained the only segment to attract meaningful investor interest. Bids were received for 4.57 lakh shares against 17.15 lakh shares reserved for the category, translating into a subscription of 0.27 times.

Within the category, demand was concentrated in the bNII segment, which was subscribed 0.27x. The sNII portion, meanwhile, stood at 0.03x.

Retail investors showed limited participation, subscribing their quota 0.01 times. The QIB category remained without bids at the time of reporting, a trend often seen in SME issues where institutional participation tends to pick up closer to the final day.

Investor Interest Yet to Gather Pace

With one day still left before the issue closes, subscription figures suggest investors are taking a cautious approach towards the offering. Although NII investors have shown some interest, broader participation from retail and institutional investors will be crucial if the issue is to witness stronger demand heading into the final bidding session.
