As of FY25, the company has already achieved a 51% green energy mix, driven by Waste Heat Recovery Systems (35.5%), captive renewable energy (4%), and purchased renewables (11.5%).

To further this initiative, JK Cement has secured 274 MW of solar and wind energy through Power Purchase Agreements, aligning its operations with long-term environmental targets.

Outlook

The proposed dividend and approaching record date have boosted investor interest, keeping the stock steady. As the AGM nears, market attention may remain on the outcome of the vote and the company’s broader sustainability and growth initiatives.
