Mumbai September, 07: Kalind Limited has executed an Equipment Rental & Services Agreement with AME SAKI Mining and Construction Limited for mining operations in Tarkwa, Ghana, in a contract valued at USD 5.263 million, equivalent to approximately ₹50 crore.

According to the company’s exchange disclosure, the agreement covers the supply and rental of heavy earthmoving and mining equipment along with operational support services at the designated mining area in Tarkwa.

The scope goes beyond equipment deployment. Kalind will also provide skilled equipment operators, service engineers, maintenance support, spare parts and logistics-related services as part of the contract.

The agreement became effective on September 5, 2026, and has an initial term of up to 12 months. The tenure can be extended through mutual written agreement between the parties.

Stock Market Snapshot

The Kalind share price closed at ₹4.98 on September 4, 2026, up ₹0.17, or 3.53%, from the previous close of ₹4.81, according to available market data. The stock had opened at ₹4.95 and touched a high of ₹5.04 during the session.

The price data relates to the latest completed trading session before the September 6 disclosure and therefore does not represent a market reaction to the Ghana agreement itself.

The stock has seen significant movement in recent sessions, with Kalind closing at ₹4.81 on September 3 and ₹4.59 on September 2.

Ghana Contract Expands Kalind’s International Mining Exposure

The new agreement gives Kalind an operating foothold in Ghana’s mining services market through equipment rental and associated support activities.

Under the contract, the company will deploy heavy earthmoving and mining equipment and provide the manpower and maintenance infrastructure required to support operations at the Tarkwa mining area.

The international nature of the contract is notable because the company has described the agreement as an ordinary-course business transaction with an international entity. The filing also states that the promoter group has no interest in the contracting entity, and the transaction does not fall within related-party transactions.

Contract Provides 12-Month Revenue Opportunity

The agreement carries an initial validity of up to 12 months from September 5, 2026. Its consideration is subject to applicable exchange-rate fluctuations and the commercial terms agreed between the parties.

Kalind’s obligations cover both equipment rental and operational services, creating a combined contract rather than a standalone equipment supply arrangement.

The company is therefore participating across multiple parts of the mining-services requirement, from machinery availability to operational support, maintenance and logistics.

Kalind Builds Its Equipment And Mining Services Business

The Ghana contract adds to Kalind’s activity in equipment-led infrastructure and mining services.

Its latest disclosure also highlights the company’s ability to undertake projects where equipment, manpower and operational support are delivered together. This model can provide a broader scope of work than simple machinery rental.

For Kalind, the agreement also marks an expansion of its customer base beyond the domestic market, with the Ghana engagement providing an international project reference in the mining sector.

Conclusion

Kalind Limited has secured a USD 5.263 million equipment rental and services agreement with AME SAKI Mining and Construction Limited in Ghana, translating to approximately ₹50 crore at the exchange rate referenced in the filing.

The 12-month contract covers heavy mining equipment as well as operators, engineers, maintenance, spare parts and logistics support at the Tarkwa mining area.

The latest available trading data shows Kalind closing at ₹4.98 on September 4, 2026, up 3.53%. The movement predates the September 6 disclosure and should therefore not be presented as a direct market response to the Ghana contract.
