Kellton Launches Phoenix.AI Platform; Shares Decline 2.59%

Mumbai, May 18: Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd announced the launch of Phoenix.AI, an AI-led enterprise modernisation platform aimed at accelerating legacy system transformation, according to an exchange filing submitted to the NSE and BSE.

The company said Phoenix.AI is designed to modernise enterprise legacy systems through an agentic AI-driven framework capable of re-engineering monolithic applications into cloud-native microservices architectures.

As per the company release, the platform can compress multi-year transformation programmes into weeks, accelerate modernisation by up to 80% and reduce associated costs by as much as 50%.

Kellton stated that Phoenix.AI automates the full lifecycle of enterprise code modernisation, including analysis, decomposition into microservices, code conversion, validation, remediation and quality assurance while maintaining operational continuity.

The company added that the platform is already deployed across enterprise engagements and is powering a large AI-led code modernisation programme for a U.S.-headquartered global enterprise software company serving manufacturers across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

According to the company, the ongoing engagement involves migration of more than 4 million lines of source code from Progress ABL/OpenEdge to Microsoft .NET Core and Entity Framework architecture across multiple enterprise business modules.

Founder and Chairman Niranjan Chintam said the commercial rollout marks Kellton’s transition from AI experimentation to AI-led enterprise execution at scale.
