Mumbai, October 28: LTM shares were trading 0.92% lower at ₹4,022.30 on Wednesday after the company announced the launch of GCC Origin, a new business unit focused on helping enterprises establish, operate and transform Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India.

The new unit will provide services across GCC strategy, infrastructure, workforce development, AI-led automation and business operations, targeting companies looking to build new centres or transform existing ones into AI-enabled operations.

What GCC Origin Will Offer

LTM has created GCC Origin as an independently operated business unit with dedicated leadership, sales and delivery teams. Shailendra Singh will lead the unit and report to Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director of LTM.

The business will offer services across the GCC lifecycle, including location selection, workplace infrastructure, operational readiness and facility setup. Its service portfolio also covers talent acquisition, workforce training, AI agents, automation, IT operations, finance, payroll and knowledge management.

GCC Origin will operate through multiple engagement models, including assisted GCCs, build-operate-transfer arrangements, virtual GCCs, joint ventures and staff augmentation.

The unit will use LTM’s BlueVerse AI ecosystem to help enterprises integrate AI into their operations and improve productivity.

India’s Growing GCC Market

LTM said demand for GCCs is evolving as enterprises increasingly focus on AI adoption, digital capabilities and business value rather than cost reduction alone.

The company plans to help businesses establish new centres and modernise existing operations, combining technology, talent and infrastructure under an integrated model.

Stock Market Snapshot

The LTM share price was trading 0.92% lower at ₹4,022.30 on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, compared with the previous close of ₹4,059.70. The stock opened at ₹4,020.

The announcement expands LTM’s service offering for enterprises looking to establish or scale GCC operations in India. The share-price movement during the session does not, by itself, establish a direct link to the announcement.
