Mumbai, July 1: Vodafone Idea, Paisalo Digital, RITES and several mid-cap counters featured among the most active equities by trading volume on Wednesday

Trading activity remained concentrated in telecom, power, infrastructure and financial services stocks, while select engineering and industrial names also attracted strong investor participation.

Vodafone Idea Tops Activity; Paisalo Digital, RITES Rally

Vodafone Idea traded over 42.38 crore shares, rising 1.11% to ₹14.62, making it the most active stock by volume.

Paisalo Digital gained 19.12% to ₹70.40 with volume exceeding 8.97 crore shares, while VOGL jumped 19.98% to ₹38.68. Ved Power advanced 10.85% to ₹44.65, and RITES climbed 12.86% to ₹230.80 on robust trading activity.

VISL rose 9.98%, Eternal added 5.82%, Morepen Laboratories gained 6.26%, and Zee Entertainment advanced 4.53%. Among financial stocks, Yes Bank edged up 1.32%, while IFCI rose 1.94%.

Sasken Technologies was the notable laggard, falling 10.00% despite high trading volumes.
