Nifty and Sensex have started the day in green today. At 9:30 a.m. 31^st October, 2025, Nifty 50 is up by 45.10 points or 0.17%. Sensex is up by 178.05 points or 0.21%.

Auto stocks gaining after strong Diwali season sales

Eicher Motors, Maruti and TCS are top 3 gainers at Nifty 50 today. MaxHealth, NTPC and Cipla are top 3 losers at Nifty 50 at this time. Eicher Motors and Maruti shares are gaining after strong sales of passenger vehicles and tractors in the festival season. NTPC shares are declining after the company posted its September quarter result yesterday. Its profit in the quarter came down by 4%.
