What Does This Mean For Investors?
Such reshuffles in stock market indices often lead to heavy market movements. This happens because Exchange-Traded Funds and passive funds make changes to their portfolio as per the changes made in indices. However, the reshuffle is a welcome sign for investors as it will increase liquidity and buying interest.
