Agra, October 16, 2025 – PNC Infratech Limited (NSE: PNCINFRA, BSE: 539150) stock concluded the trading day on Thursday up with a rise of 1.07% after the company confirmed receiving a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for the development of Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi.
The project has a value of ₹297.01 crore (GST excluded), and the scope includes extending the runway extension, re-carpeting, strengthening, and associated infrastructure works. The contract needs to be completed within 18 months from October 25, 2025.

PNC Infratech Limited has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for the redevelopment of the Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport at Varanasi by the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The work includes the extension, re-carpeting, and reinforcement of the airport’s runway and associated infrastructure. The value of the contract comes at ₹297.01 crore (inclusive GST) and the tender must be completed in a timeframe of 18 months from October 25, 2025. The order represents a new addition to PNC Infratech’s growing order book for airport infrastructure construction. The company confirmed that no related-party transactions and no promoter interests are part of the project.
