Positron Energy Signs ₹108.21 Crore RLNG Deal; Shares Rise 3.89%

Mumbai, October 7: Positron Energy Limited has entered into a Regasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) purchase agreement with a leading LNG importer for the supply of 3,92,060 MMBTU of RLNG over a three-month period.

According to the exchange disclosure, the agreement was executed on September 23, 2026 and became effective from October 1, 2026. The company received the duly executed and signed agreement on October 7.

The contracted quantity has a current value of approximately ₹108.21 crore. Positron Energy said the quantity is equivalent to around 10 MMSCMD based on a Gross Calorific Value (GCV) of 9,880 Kcal.
