Mumbai, September 11, 2026: Qualiance International shares made a strong debut on the NSE SME platform on Friday, listing at ₹224.90, compared with the IPO price of ₹127. The listing price represented a premium of ₹97.90 per share, or 77.09%, over the issue price.

The stock moved higher after listing and touched a session high of ₹236.10. At 11:17:49 AM IST, shares were trading at ₹236.10, up ₹11.20, or 4.98%, from the opening price.

The listing followed Qualiance International’s ₹45.11 crore IPO, which was entirely a fresh issue of 35.52 lakh shares. The issue received 319.92 times subscription during the bidding period.

Qualiance International Lists At ₹224.90 On NSE SME

Qualiance International shares opened at ₹224.90 on NSE SME on September 11, against the final IPO price of ₹127.

The listing gain stood at ₹97.90 per share, translating into a 77.09% premium to the issue price. The stock subsequently moved up to ₹236.10 during the morning session.

At 11:17:49 AM IST, the shares were trading at ₹236.10, which was ₹11.20, or 4.98%, above the opening price.

Shares Touch ₹236.10 After Listing

After starting at ₹224.90, Qualiance International shares moved to a high of ₹236.10 and touched a low of ₹214.05 during the session.

The VWAP stood at ₹224.24 at the time of the market snapshot. VWAP, or volume-weighted average price, represents the average traded price after taking trading volumes at different price levels into account.

At ₹236.10, the stock was ₹109.10, or 85.91% above the ₹127 IPO price.

₹45.11 Crore IPO Gets 319.92 Times Subscription

Qualiance International’s IPO was open from September 4 to September 8, with the price band fixed at ₹120–127 per share. The company finalised the issue price at ₹127.

The IPO comprised 35,52,000 shares, all issued through a fresh issue. Investors placed bids for 1,07,87,61,000 shares, taking the overall subscription to 319.92 times.

The issue attracted 3,17,324 applications, according to the final subscription data.

QIB Portion Subscribed 120.61 Times

The QIB portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 120.61 times. It received bids for 20,29,82,000 shares against 6,74,000 shares offered to QIBs excluding the anchor allocation.

Anchor investors were allotted 10,09,000 shares, while the total QIB allocation stood at 16,83,000 shares.

NII Category Sees 698.81 Times Subscription

The NII category recorded 698.81 times subscription, making it the highest subscribed investor category in the issue.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 851.10 times, while the portion for applications between ₹2 lakh and ₹10 lakh was subscribed 399.58 times.

Retail Investors Subscribe 441.19 Times

The retail portion was subscribed 441.19 times. Investors placed bids for 52,14,82,000 shares against 11,82,000 shares reserved for the category.

The minimum retail application was 2,000 shares. At the upper end of the price band, investors needed ₹2.54 lakh for one minimum application.

Entire Issue Was Raised Through Fresh Shares

Qualiance International raised the full ₹45.11 crore through a fresh issue of 35.52 lakh shares.

A fresh issue involves the company issuing new shares to investors and raising capital through the IPO. Unlike an offer for sale, there was no secondary share sale as part of this issue.

QIBs Receive Nearly Half Of Net Public Offer

QIBs were allocated 16,83,000 shares, representing 49.91% of the net issue. This included 10,09,000 shares allotted to anchor investors and 6,74,000 shares offered to QIBs excluding anchors.

The NII category received 5,07,000 shares, or 15.04% of the net issue, while retail investors were allocated 11,82,000 shares, representing 35.05%.

A separate 1,80,000 shares, or 5.07% of the total issue, were reserved for the market maker.

Anchor Investors Put In ₹12.81 Crore

Qualiance International raised ₹12.81 crore from anchor investors on September 3, ahead of the public issue.

Anchor investors were allotted 10,09,000 shares at the issue price of ₹127. According to the issue details, 50% of the anchor allocation is locked in until October 8, 2026, while the remaining shares have a lock-in period ending December 7, 2026.

Subscription Rose Sharply On Final Day

The IPO received 1.18 times subscription on the first day, September 4. Overall subscription increased to 3.63 times on September 7 before rising sharply to 319.92 times on the final day, September 8.

QIB subscription excluding anchors moved from 0.00 times on the first day to 120.61 times by the close of the issue. NII subscription increased from 0.65 times to 698.81 times.

Retail subscription also climbed during the issue, moving from 1.42 times on Day 1 to 441.19 times on the final day.

Qualiance International Shares Trade 85.91% Above IPO Price

At ₹236.10 as of 11:17:49 AM IST on September 11, Qualiance International shares were trading ₹109.10 above the ₹127 IPO price.

The stock was also ₹11.20 above its ₹224.90 opening price. The day’s trading range stood at ₹214.05–236.10, while the VWAP was ₹224.24.
