R.K. Fashion Accessories Shares List At ₹80 Against ₹82 Issue Price 

Mumbai, October 12: R.K. Fashion Accessories shares listed on the NSE SME at ₹80 on October 12, 2026, ₹2 below the final IPO issue price of ₹82 per share, marking a discount of 2.44%.

The IPO was open for subscription from October 5 to October 7, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 8, followed by the credit of shares on October 9. The shares were scheduled to list on the NSE SME on October 12.

IPO Structure And Issue Details

The R.K. Fashion Accessories IPO was an entirely fresh issue of 42.67 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹34.99 crore. Of the total issue, 2.14 lakh shares were reserved for the market maker, leaving 40.53 lakh shares for public investors.

The price band was fixed at ₹77–₹82 per share, with the final issue price set at ₹82. The lot size was 1,600 shares, requiring a minimum retail investment of ₹1,31,200 at the upper end of the price band.

IPO Subscription Data

The R.K. Fashion Accessories IPO was subscribed 2.70 times overall by the close of bidding on October 7, 2026. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category recorded 14.11 times subscription, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 1.77 times.

The retail investor category received 3.11 times subscription. Within the NII segment, the portion above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 1.77 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh recorded 1.79 times subscription.

The final subscription data showed applications for 1,09,36,000 shares against 40,52,800 shares offered to the public, excluding the market-maker portion. A total of 2,615 applications were recorded.
