Mumbai, October 9: Paramount Syntex shares fell 9.45% from their Paramount Syntex IPO issue price to ₹115 on the BSE SME on Friday, October 9, 2026, after listing at a discount to the issue price of ₹127.
Paramount Syntex IPO Listing Details
Paramount Syntex had fixed its IPO issue price at ₹127 per share, within a price band of ₹119–₹127. At ₹115, the shares were ₹12 below the issue price, representing a discount of 9.45%.
The IPO was a fresh issue of 64.40 lakh shares, aggregating approximately ₹81.79 crore. The company was listed on the BSE SME platform on October 9, 2026.
Paramount Syntex IPO Subscription Status
The issue received total subscriptions of 1.87 times, according to the final basis-of-allotment data provided. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed 119.29 times, while the retail investor category received 1.08 times subscription.
The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 0.09 times. Within this segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 0.03 times, while those below ₹10 lakhs were subscribed 0.22 times.
Paramount Syntex IPO Issue Structure
Paramount Syntex offered 64.40 lakh shares in the IPO, with 61.17 lakh shares allocated to the public after excluding the market-maker portion of 3.23 lakh shares. The issue was entirely a fresh issue, meaning the proceeds from the new shares are intended for the company rather than existing shareholders selling their holdings.
The IPO opened on September 30 and closed on October 6, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 7, with the listing scheduled for October 9.
