Mumbai, October 9: Acme India Industries shares were trading at ₹221 on the BSE SME at 9:35 AM IST, up 12.76% from the IPO issue price of ₹196 per share.
Acme India Industries shares were trading at ₹221 at 9:35 AM IST on October 9, against the issue price of ₹196. The difference of ₹25 per share represented a 12.76% gain over the IPO price.
Acme India Industries IPO Raised ₹121.69 Crore
The IPO was a book-built issue worth ₹121.69 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 54.07 lakh shares aggregating to ₹105.98 crore and an offer for sale of 8.02 lakh shares aggregating to ₹15.71 crore.
The total issue comprised 62.08 lakh shares, including 3.14 lakh shares reserved for the market maker. The net public issue stood at 58.94 lakh shares.
The IPO price band was ₹186–₹196 per share, and the final issue price was fixed at ₹196. The lot size was 600 shares, requiring a minimum retail application of ₹1,17,600 at the issue price.
IPO Subscription Reached 87.21 Times
Acme India Industries’ IPO was subscribed 87.21 times overall by the close of bidding on October 6. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed 56.38 times, excluding anchor investors, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category received 196.43 times subscription.
The retail portion was subscribed 84.34 times. Within the NII category, the portion above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 241.68 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh received 106.75 times subscription.
The issue received 1,87,035 applications, with 51,40,69,800 shares bid against 58,94,400 shares offered to the public.

At 9:35 AM IST, Acme India Industries shares were trading at ₹221 on the BSE SME, up 12.76% from the ₹196 issue price
