Mumbai, September 15: Raksan Transformers IPO entered its final day of bidding on September 15, 2026. The ₹150.50 crore book-built issue opened on September 10 and is scheduled to close today. The issue combines a fresh issue of 44.13 lakh shares worth ₹120.47 crore and an offer for sale of 11 lakh shares aggregating to ₹30.03 crore.
The IPO carries a price band of ₹258 to ₹273 per share. The lot size is 400 shares, with individual investors required to apply for at least 800 shares. At the upper price of ₹273, the minimum retail investment is ₹2,18,400. The minimum HNI application is 1,200 shares, requiring ₹3,27,600.
