Mumbai, July 15, 2025 – Shares of Rallis India Ltd (NSE: RALLIS) surged 5.71% to ₹374.20 in early Tuesday trading before settling at 3.94% at ₹367.95 as of 11:58 AM IST.
This was following the release of Q1 FY26 results. The company reported a 98% YoY jump in net profit to ₹95 crore, with revenue jumping 22% to ₹957 crore and EBITDA climbing 56% to ₹150 crore, driving margin expansion to 15.6% from 12.2% a year ago.

The Tata Group agri-inputs company reported a robust net profit of ₹95 crore for Q1 FY26, nearly doubling from ₹48 crore in the same quarter last year and marking a sharp turnaround from a net loss of ₹32 crore in the preceding quarter. Sequentially, revenue more than doubled while profit before tax swung into the positive zone after two quarters of decline. On a YoY basis, net profit nearly doubled, and revenue rose 22.2%.
