Regaal Resources IPO receives 159.83 times subscription applications by end of Day 3

Mumbai, 14 August 2025: Regaal Resources Ltd’s initial public offering (IPO) closed today with total subscriptions reaching 159.83 times the shares on offer, as per data available till 4:59:33 PM. The IPO witnessed significant participation across all investor categories, with retail investors subscribing 57.67 times, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) excluding anchor investors bidding 190.96 times, and non-institutional investors (NIIs) applying for 356.67 times their allotted quota.
Retail Investors Apply for Over 60.55 Million Shares
In the retail category, 1.05 crore shares were available, against which investors placed bids for 6.05 crore shares, aggregating to a total application value of ₹6,176.90 crore. This strong participation pushed the retail subscription level to 57.67 times.
QIB and NII Categories Witness Demand by Final Day
QIBs (excluding the anchor allotment) subscribed to 11.45 crore shares against an offer of 60 lakh shares, translating into 190.96 times subscription and a total application value of ₹11,687.06 crore.
The NII segment saw even higher bidding intensity, with total bids reaching 160.50 crore shares for 45 lakh shares on offer, marking 356.67 times subscription. Within NIIs:
- bNII (applications above ₹10 lakh) received bids worth ₹11,864.03 crore for 387.71 times subscription.
- sNII (applications below ₹10 lakh) reached 294.60 times subscription, with a total application value of ₹4,507.38 crore.
Day-Wise Subscription Trend
- Day 1 (Aug 12, 2025): Total subscription stood at 5.94 times, with retail at 5.59 times.
- Day 2 (Aug 13, 2025): Total bids rose sharply to 26.41 times, retail at 21.86 times.
- Day 3 (Aug 14, 2025): Final tally surged to 159.83 times.
IPO Structure and Key Details
Regaal Resources IPO is a ₹306.00 crore book-built issue, comprising a fresh issue of 2.06 crore shares worth ₹210.00 crore and an offer for sale of 0.94 crore shares worth ₹96.00 crore. The price band was fixed at ₹102 per share. The IPO opened on Aug 12, 2025, and closed on Aug 14, 2025.
The allotment is expected to be finalised on Aug 18, 2025, with tentative listing on BSE and NSE scheduled for Aug 20, 2025. The minimum lot size was 144 shares (₹13,824 for retail investors).
