Rupee Gains as Crude and Dollar Retreat; USDINR Support at 91.60

The Indian rupee appreciated today as crude oil prices and the US dollar retreated following comments from President Donald Trump signalling a potential end to the conflict with Iran. Domestic strength was further bolstered by government’s decision to liberalise FDI norms, a move aimed at stabilising rupee.
On the charts, spot USDINR has resistance at 92.36 and support at 91.60.
