In a Regulation 30 filing dated February 26,2026, the company said its subsidiary, Sahana Defence Limited, has received a purchase order from Central Electronics Limited (CEL), a Government of India enterprise.
The contract, valued at ₹24.69 crore, relates to deployment of an integrated RF and radar-based drone detection and jamming system. The scope includes Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of the system, along with a five-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
SITC mandates end-to-end execution from engineering and field installation to system validation. The five-year AMC component extends the engagement beyond deployment, covering ongoing maintenance and performance support. Together, these elements typically provide improved medium-term revenue visibility, subject to milestone completion and contractual terms.
The disclosure was digitally signed by Pratik Kakadia, Chairman and Managing Director, in line with the company’s compliance obligations under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements framework.
