US Federal Reserve rate cut may benefit Indian IT shares
US Federal Reserve is expected to announce an interest rate cut in its monetary policy meeting on 16th and 17th September. This may give some further boost to the stocks of Indian IT companies. These companies are heavily dependent on the US market because of the large number of clients that they have there. An interest rate cut by the US central bank may give a boost to the US economy. Spending of US client companies on IT & software services of Indian IT companies may increase because of this.
