Mumbai, September 30: SRIT India IPO closed for subscription on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, after receiving strong demand across investor categories. The issue was subscribed 125.13 times overall, with investors bidding for 1,47,14,75,025 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares offered.
The NII category was subscribed 312.98 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 91.84 times. The retail portion received 63.64 times subscription.
The IPO opened for subscription on September 28, 2026, and remained open until September 30, 2026.
SRIT India IPO Subscription Status
The retail portion received bids for 37,42,05,860 shares against 58,80,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 63.64 times.
The NII category received bids for 78,86,98,175 shares against 25,20,000 shares available, taking the subscription to 312.98 times.
Within the NII segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 355.80 times, while the sNII portion was subscribed 227.33 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 30,85,70,990 shares against 33,60,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 91.84 times.
Overall, the issue received bids for 1,47,14,75,025 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares offered, resulting in an overall subscription of 125.13 times.
The total amount of bids stood at ₹19,129.18 crore, calculated at the upper end of the IPO price band.
The issue received a total of 3,09,190 applications.

SRIT India IPO Details
SRIT India IPO is a ₹218.40 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares aggregating to ₹218.40 crore.
