Studio LSD IPO receives 0.82 times subscription application by mid-day of Day 1

Mumbai, August 18, 2025: Studio LSD, a multi-media production company specialising in indigenous content for television and OTT platforms, launched its IPO today, 18 August 2025, and has been subscribed 0.82 times till now. The subscription figures reflect investor action on the first day, with bidding still on.

Retail investors have made bidding applications for 77,58,000 shares out of the 79,04,000 shares offered, aggregating ₹42.682 crore. Non-institutional investors (NII) subscribed 0.55 times, with 28,56,000 shares bid for out of the 51,72,000 offered, aggregating ₹15.422 crore. Under the NII segment, bids above ₹10 lakh (bNII) were subscribed 0.60 times, and bids below ₹10 lakh (sNII) were subscribed 0.45 times, reflecting the distribution of bids among high-net-worth and smaller investors.

The QIB segment, excluding anchor investors, recorded nil subscription so far. Overall, the IPO has received applications for 1,07,60,000 shares against 1,30,62,000 shares offered, aggregating ₹58.104 crore across all categories.
